Here’s the bottom line: Russ has integrity. He shows up on time. He does what he says he is going to do and calls if anything he committed to do needs a bit more time. He is honest. He is clear. He is also kind, considerate, knowledgeable and straightforward. He was patient and allowed me to move through the PROCESS of deciding what to do with my mom’s house on my timeframe with zero pressure. He did his due diligence and offered a price that was fair given the condition of the house. He listened and responded when I had concerns. Russ helped me by purchasing my mom’s house in rough condition (with many contents), but he helped me even more by reminding me what it feels like to interact with someone who has integrity. THE best decision!

I was a little wary of the “Buy as is” businesses but contacted 3 businesses for quotes. I decided to go with Russ from VRG. It was THE best decision! Russ explained the entire process in detail and in language I could understand. He answered all my questions when asked, and he also responded to any calls/texts almost immediately. Russ was also very flexible when it came to choosing a closing date. Also, when I needed about a week’s extra time at the house, Russ accommodated me without any issue. I found Russ to be straightforward and a man of his word. He is also fair and very kind (he assisted me with some things, not because of a contract, but because he’s a good person). I highly recommend Russ and VRG if you need to sell your home ASAP or “As Is”. If it was possible, I would give Russ ten stars! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆.
